Group Classes

We offer a variety of group fitness classes to fit your needs. Classes start at 5:30am and end at 6:45pm.

Personal Training

We offer 1 on 1 individualized workouts each written by a personal trainer to help you reach your fitness goals.

Favorite place to workout in Bham! The trainers here will challenge you to be your best and hold you accountable in every way! Erin will listen to your focus points and work with you for the best results in personal trainings. Boot camps are great, and provide an energetic and FUN workout, even on Saturdays! Highly recommend Pure Fitness to anyone at any fitness level! -Liz


After years of being an athlete and exercising on my own, I was thankful to find a gym that incorporates whole body workouts and group-fitness elements. Not to mention the great early morning boot camps which you can knockout before the workday begins! 💪💪
